2. Services Provided

ARS Towing provides professional flatbed towing, roadside assistance, vehicle transport, and related automotive services. Service quotes and estimated arrival times (ETAs) are estimates subject to traffic, weather, and logistical conditions.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Vehicle Access

The customer must ensure legal authority to possess, move, or authorize services on the specified vehicle. The customer agrees to provide accurate vehicle locations, clear access, and disclosure of mechanical, electrical, or structural damage prior to loading or service execution.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services rendered unless prior corporate billing arrangements exist. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, electronic payments, or verified corporate dispatch accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

ARS Towing operates insured, commercial-grade equipment and exercises professional care during all operations. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle mechanical failures, unibody/frame fatigue, pre-existing structural rust/damage, or personal property left unattended inside vehicles.

6. Messaging & Communications

By providing your phone number to ARS Towing, you consent to receive operational communications, SMS dispatch status updates, and customer support messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
